Relax with the whole family (or friends) at this peaceful place to stay. Less than 10 minutes walk to children's playground, the beach, Seabird Sunset Cafe, and Seabird Tavern. Seabird sports oval across the road, with tennis courts. The space 4 bedroom house, with a main bathroom including bath, and an ensuite to the master bedroom. Back patio area with a gas 4 burner BBQ, and some ocean glimpses available. The backyard is enclosed. Great front yard with part ocean views, perfect for a sundowner at sunset. Wood fire heater in winter. Lovely sea breeze in summer. Kangaroos are sometimes visible at sunrise and sunset, across the road in bushland and Seabird Oval. Bedrooms: 2 Queen bed bedrooms, 1 Double bed bunk (Double on the bottom, single bed on top), and 1 Twin room with 2x King Single beds. Double sofa bed in lounge room, if needed. Yanchep is otherwise a great place to collect groceries on the way up from Perth, and is only 5 minutes off the main highway. Sports oval across the road, with tennis court, and basketball court. Playground and public park with BBQs close by. 30 minute drive to Lancelin for a day trip, and close to Ledge Point, Guilderton, and Moore River.
