The second Avanti House is a Victorian home that was built in the 1890s. It was recently renovated to enhance the existing charm with a Studebaker/Avanti Car theme that ties in with the Studebaker history here in SB. This second-floor private room features **one double bed and an attached FULL bathroom** * 10-minute walk to downtown * 15-minute drive / 30-minute bus to Notre Dame * Free, easy parking + keypad entry * Grocery, laundromat, and gym nearby * snacks, coffee, and tea available The space This private second floor bedroom includes one double bed and a private bathroom. The room also includes a closet and dresser for storing clothing and a comfortable chair. Guests have access to shared spaces including a cozy living room (TV), dining area, and a simple kitchen (microwave, convection oven, electric skillet). The house includes five guest rooms total, each with private or semi-private baths. Guest access The door code for the house will be sent prior to the stay after an electronic form has been filled out. The door to your room will be open and a key inside. Come and go as you need to. During your stay You have as much privacy or interaction as you wish. Although we love meeting new people, sometimes guests come and go little or no interaction with us because of their plans. Whatever you need is OK with us!
