Centrally located between St. Paul & Minneapolis, 5 blocks from I94 and 8 blocks from the Light Rail Green Line for easy transit to sporting and music venues. Several esteemed colleges are nearby as well (Mitchell Hamline, Macalester, and Concordia) and Selby, Grand and University Avenues host an impressive variety of shopping and foodie destinations. The space The home is an up/down style duplex with the Airbnb unit located on the main level. Large dine in kitchen and spacious bathroom. The bedrooms have comfortable memory foam beds with ceiling fans, and the living room has ample seating, with a smart TV and an additional dining table/workstation. The bunk bed room gains privacy by closing pocket doors. The yard is fenced and includes a patio, gas grill and fire pit in the backyard. Guest access The entire main level and patio area in the back yard. Other things to note - We save our guests money by charging a low cleaning fee. In turn, we ask that upon check out, you tidy up as much as possible, wash your used dishes, place all USED bed linens (sans comforters), bathroom and kitchen towels in the provided laundry bag and leave it in the front porch area when checking out.
