Feel at home in my light-flooded apartment with a Mediterranean flair. The 35 sqm very quietly situated accommodation is on the ground floor and offers you space and everything you could wish for a short holiday. The space The flat is located on the ground floor as part of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the vineyards in the beautiful little winegrowing village of Großwinternheim. Großwinternheim is a district of Ingelheim and therefore directly connected to the city buses as well as national buses. From your accommodation you can go on numerous hikes and cycling tours. Your private and step-free covered entrance is in the area of my courtyard and garden and you can park your bikes there safely and dryly. In summer, it is pleasantly cool in the flat and you can sit at your outdoor seating area and listen to the birds chirping and look out over our Mediterranean-style garden. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge. If you arrive in the winter months, underfloor heating provides a pleasant warmth and my apartment invites you to spend cosy hours. The windows are equipped with insect screens and blackout blinds. Nevertheless, I would like to point out that the flat is equipped with a controlled ventilation system and therefore it is not necessary to ventilate. In addition, the hot water is produced by a heat pump. Kitchen/living room area/dining area: In the kitchen, which is fully equipped for two people and forms part of the living area, you can whip up a meal and enjoy it with a view of the greenery. A four-plate cooker with oven is available for this purpose, as well as a refrigerator with ice compartment. For your breakfast, you can prepare your coffee with the French press, a capsule machine or stovetop espresso makers. For tea drinkers, there is a large glass teapot with filter insert. For keeping warm, a thermos flask. I have deliberately refrained from placing a television set. Bathroom: The modern bathroom has a floor-level shower and you will find enough possibilities to hang up or put something down. Bedroom: You will find a high bed with 140 x 200cm quality mattress designed for 1 person. If you wish, you can also specify an occupancy for 2 people, or you can have an extra bed set up, which I top with an extra mattress. In the bedroom you will find a small desk with a power socket. You can hang up your clothes in a wardrobe. An iron is at your disposal. An ironing board is available on request. You can also have your laundry washed at my place if you wish. ..... Write to me, e.g. if you arrive late and can't do your shopping. (please let me know up to 1 day in advance) I offer a delivery service for groceries, e.g. from the grocery market, organic food shop or a very good organic butcher's shop (depending on opening hours). I am also happy to offer you a breakfast roll service in the morning, as well as a bottle of water and, if you wish, a bottle of wine or sparkling wine from my trusted vintner. Just let me know!
