Spend unforgettable times in a beautiful spacious house (1000m2) located in the Vista Real Country Club subdivision with controlled access. The house has lots of lighting and an incredible view of the city from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The patio has an incredible bar with audio and TV independent of the house. It also has a Gazebo and 2 sets of garden tables, benches, barbecue with a side grill and fountain with lighting. The space Each room has a full bathroom and a flat-screen TV. The TV room has Bluray and Netflix, Prime Video and HBO services. Down the hall is a half bathroom so you don't have to wait your turn. You can also enjoy a terrace with great views and beautiful sunsets with access from the TV room. If required, a double electric inflatable mattress is available. Note: There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 spaces with doors on the ground floor that will be closed and unavailable at the moment. We are in the process of giving access to them in the near future. Other things to note The subdivision has green areas, some with lakes and ducks and parks around. Running tracks, playground, basketball court. The cleaning fee is for cleaning the house at the end of your stay.
