Fabulous private 80’s style 1 bed Unit +courtyard

80’s style Unit with double bed, private outdoor space and carport parking for small car. This unit is large, functional and private. Furnished and styled with many original 80’s touches, it is dated, charming, definitely spacious and everything works. Suitable for one or two people in same bedroom. Basics supplied. As this is a home and not a hotel we appreciate your assistance in keeping it clean. Sorry - no Pets allowed and it’s not suitable for babies and toddlers. No smoking or wifi The space This Unit is a little old and daggy but gosh its charming - a bit like staying at Grandmas - think original 1980's everything and the price reflects the age and condition. There is a small bath in the cappuccino coloured bathroom and the toilet is separate. Unit has a washing machine, dishwasher and small TV. It is clean, private and safe. We splurged on sheets and towels and bought out the Royal Daulton dinnerware. The private outdoor space is all yours as well. There is a second private bedroom with the owners belongings and this is out of bounds - please respect this. Walking distance to the beach. While we personally love all living beings - no pets means no pets, no children means no children. The apartment is not suitable for either and as we live close by we always know when someone has ignored these requirements. The apartment isn't set up for children and babies with many cleaning products and "pull this thing temptations" all at baby level. The apartment is too old to cope with pets and the wear and tear on the carpets and floors isn't sustainable. Also no smoking means no smoking please. As this is a home not a hotel we also appreciate those who like the idea of staying at Grans. She'd appreciate you leaving her home nice and clean and being careful with cupboard doors and the appliances. Also no wifi available. Gran never got with the times! Guest access Private entrance and easy access. Information will be sent to you prior to arrival and the key is very easy to find. Please leave in the door when you depart. Parking is available in the carport IF YOUR CAR IS SMALL as you will be sharing the car space with another. Otherwise there is free street parking in the side streets. We advise - reverse in and park as close to the walkway as possible. Other things to note DVD's available to fill the hours - if you let me know your movie preferences I will curate a selection - please return to their cases after use.
