This private double room comes with full private access to bathroom (toilet, bath & electric shower). Shared use of Kitchen/Diner & Garden, but my wife and I tend to work late evenings, so your host will most likely be our young cat. Our guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this well located place. Public bus routes are close & train station a 25 min walk. Your choice, head south to the beautiful Littlehampton beach or North to Arundel Castle, both only a five-ten min drive. The space Our new detached home, recently completed and whilst we have the room available we’d love to share our space with guests and hope it is convenient for their visits to the area, whether it’s seeing friends, family or a business trip. There is a hot tub in the garden which you are welcome to use. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure this is ready for you During your stay My wife and I both work full-time in busy jobs which sometimes means we are not home till late afternoon.
