This updated, 1st-floor apartment in our historic home is walking distance from Main Street, restaurants, Wesleyan, walking paths, and hospital. Open kit/LR/DR for easy socializing. Access to yard. Quiet, comfortable bedrooms. We do not allow parties, only the guests listed on the reservation should be on site. The space The apartment is warm and comfortable, about 1,000 sq.ft. total. The bedrooms are small-ish but the common area has plenty of space for 6 guests. The kitchen appliances are new and much of the space is freshly re-done. It's on the first floor of our home so you are likely to hear some footsteps from our family upstairs. We spend a lot of time in the backyard with friends and neighbors when the weather is agreeable.
