The bedrooms are small-ish but the common area has plenty of space for 6 guests. The kitchen appliances are new and much of the space is freshly re-done. It's on the first floor of our home so you are likely to hear some footsteps from our family upstairs. We spend a lot of time in the backyard with friends and neighbors when the weather is agreeable.
