There is a sleeper sofa available for small children. The kitchen has all you’ll need to cook a meal for family or friends and is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Our fine coffee from “Blends” on Broughton Street is there waiting for your morning cup. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with fine bedding and an LCD TV. The Guest Bedroom also has a queen bed with fine bedding and a view of the courtyard. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with plenty of fluffy towels for your stay. The Cottage at Trustees allows 1 private parking space for your vehicle. Wifi is available for your needs. The Cottage at Trustees is a pet friendly property. There is an extra $50 pet fee if you decide to bring your furry friend. Easily walk to all the Landmark Historic District has to offer. Washington Square is right across the street from Trustees Gardens marking our first Square of Savannah. The Pirates House Restaurant and Tavern sits next to Trustees Gardens with a wonderful menu and great entertainment for children with a “real pirate” prowling the building. Trolley tour pickup is available from this location as well. River Street, our cobblestone street, is only 1 block away with many dining and shopping options.
