How do we know? We tested it out over the summer and enjoyed every minute of it. Take the stand up paddles (SUP's) and/or the kayak out on the water. Take a quick 10 minute walk for coffee/espresso, ice cream, pizza, and Mexican food! Bring your boat/jet skis and park it in the backyard!
