The bathroom has a shower and single basin. Drive Way parking with CCTV and floodlights. Only 3 minutes drive from the bustling town centre (self drive or Uber) - not walking distance .Approximate distances are as follows: 2 kilometres to Dorp Street, 2,5 kilometres to Church Street, 3 kilometres to Stellenbosch Town Hall, 3,5 kilometres to the University of Stellenbosch (measured to Administration Block A), 3 kilometres to Coetzenburg sports grounds, 1 kilometres Stellenbosch Mediclinic, 16 kilometers to Somerset West (measured to Somerset Mall), 30 kilometers to Cape Town International Airport. Numerous golf courses and wine estates are situated in the Stellenbosch area. Suitable for guests who travel by car and who wish to stay in the heart of Stellenbosch in a fully equipped, private facility. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Please notify us of your expected time of arrival. We prefer to check our guests in personally but leaving the keys in the lock box can also be arranged. 2 bicycles available on request. Other things to note 1 bicycle for our guests to use. Please arrange well in advance. The bicycle will be used at your own risk and we will ask you to sign an indemnity form before using it. Please note that we have 1 very friendly dog. He might be visiting you, but isnt allowed in the guest suites - the next guests might not like them as much as you do, or might be allergic. Must be ok with family dogs on the premises. Check in 2PM - 5PM Check out 10AM Early in or late out can be arranged when possible with prior request depending on bookings.
