Room is a private suite with queen bed and private bathroom, flat screen tv, high-speed internet, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Easy access to interstate and minutes away from several restaurants, shopping mall, Lakeshore park, and greenways, as well as minutes from UT/downtown! The space This room/suite is located on the second floor of the house, but you will have keyless entry to the house for convenient self check-in, and also your own personal lock/key for you to use for maximum security and privacy. As previously mentioned, amenities in the room include private bathroom/shower, smart tv with Netflix and Xfinity stream to access cable, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, reading lights, and private lock/key. There is another room/suite on the same floor as you that is also used for Airbnb guests, so there may be another guest present. If you would like to book both rooms, let me know and I can make this possible as long as it is not already booked. Kitchen, living room, and back porch/back yard is shared space. Please respect house rules of no smoking or vaping indoors, as well as no house parties or events. ***There is a cat that lives on premises. She is an indoor/outdoor cat that spends her days sunbathing on the back porch and birdwatching. Sometimes she’ll venture over to the driveway and greet new guests who have just arrived, but for the most part can be found sleeping on her favorite chair. She comes inside only intermittently for snacking/mealtime and then likes to go back outside to her chair, but also comes inside at night for bedtime. She is old and does not like to climb stairs, and therefore will not have any contact with guest rooms (which are located on the top floor). However, guests need to be aware that she does have contact with the main floor in case they have severe allergies and wish to book somewhere else.*** Guest access Guests will access the house by means of the front door via keyless entry code provided. During your stay I live in the home on the main floor in a separate suite. I am rarely home as I leave for work early and work long hours. When I do have guests, I try to be away as much as possible to give you the most privacy. I have a separate entrance for the master suite from outside, so it’s likely you won’t even see me during your stay. Other things to note This is a house located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, so please leave the parties for the bars. There are plenty nearby! Please keep noise inside after 10 pm. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. If any smoking is detected during cleaning, a fee up to $500 for extra cleaning will be charged. The rental party shall consist of primary guest and stated number of guests as indicated on the Airbnb Reservation Details page. Primary guest is responsible for his/her guests. People other than those listed on the Guest(s) party number may not stay overnight on the property. This reservation is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Homeowner Responsibility/Liability: The home is privately owned. Homeowner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or it’s facilities.
