There is a beautiful walk around the river blackwater just minutes from the cabin with falls and old bridges. Post Code IV23 2PU The space You are in a log cabin built of local logs with spectacular views, the property is the top of a log cabin and has two main rooms, the living room/dinning/kitchen which is spacious and you can sit and look out onto the Corbet called Little Wyvis, with its big brother Ben wyvis not far off. The bedroom with en suite bathroom also leads off to an amazing high decking area again with beautiful views where you can relax sunbath, drink wine and have evening meals outside and just soak up the atmosphere. Guest access There is ample parking and a very scenic and beautiful walk along both sides of the river blackwater. You are a minutes from the NC500 and have a choice of roads heading west towards Skye or north towards Ullapool and the north west or ferries to the Outer Hebrides. Also Inverness and Inverness airport are not far away. Other things to note This is a working farm where you will enjoy and see Red and Fallow deer also blackface sheep. Please treat the animals with respect and dogs on leads in the animal areas. Please note on rare occasion's with heavy rainfall the water colour could turn a slight light whisky colour from peat in the mountains, its perfectly alright to drink but if you don't want too we supply bottled water.
