Quiet cottage in the countryside (near Belgium, Lille...)

Come and enjoy the calm of this old converted barn located in a charming village near St-Amand-les-Eaux (ideal for thermal cures) It has a bedroom (queen size bed), a small mezzanine (trundle bed 2 places) and a sofa bed 2 places in the living room (ideal for a couple with children) In the living room, you will enjoy a TV (Netflix). The dining table turns into a pool table! Outside, you have private parking and a small courtyard in front of the entrance. The space The cottage is an old converted barn of 70 m2, individual and on 2 levels. The ground floor consists of a large living room (kitchen, living room, dining room), a storage closet and toilet. Through a miller's staircase you access the bedroom (queen size bed) and the small bathroom (bathtub and shower head). On the other side of the main room, another staircase leads to a small mezzanine equipped with a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people (2x 90/190). This mezzanine has a small safety fence to block access to the stairs. The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people (140/190). A folding bed can also be lent on request (remember to let us know a little in advance please) Sockets and multi-sockets are available to facilitate teleworking (free Wi-Fi, ADSL connection) For relaxation, you have a TV with Internet box and Netflix. The dining room table turns into a pool table! Board games and some books are also available. The exterior is composed of a parking lot (2 cars) extended by a small unfenced courtyard equipped with a table and 4 chairs, arranged in front of the entrance, ideal for enjoying the sun's rays. The interior of the cottage is non-smoking, an ashtray is at your disposal outside. Other things to note The ceilings are quite low! (2.10 m downstairs and attics upstairs)
