Kitchen: The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishware & flatware, cooking utensils, a toaster, and barstools for counter seating Living area: The living area includes a Smart TV with Cable and Wi-Fi, a dining table, a comfortable sitting area, and board games. Outdoor: Private balcony with seating and grill Misc.: Plenty of towels & linens, central A/C and heat, hair dryer, hand soap, and keyless entry Building common area: Security cameras in public areas of the building, as well as security officers on duty during weekend and evening hours, elevator access, and one covered parking spot. Other things to note This unit is family owned and we will be available to you by phone 24/7. You will be dealing with individuals who know the Island and all the fun it has to offer...not a management company. We've been visiting Monkey Island as a family for more than 10 years and have worked to make this condo as comfortable as possible. Inside the condo, you will find a welcome packet that includes recommendations for shopping, eating, and local activities to make your stay the best it can be. PLEASE NOTE: Our HOA does not allow trailers to be parked on the property overnight. If you are bringing a trailer I would suggest that you make arrangements to store it offsite. Cleaning is only done after check out regardless of the length of stay. If you would like a cleaning during your stay we can arrange that for an additional charge. While our property is called the Towers at Shangri-La, we are not affiliated with the resort and guests will not have access to the pool at the hotel.
