Home in Covington

The main portion of the home is a converted grain bin dating from the late ‘70s, and contains the living room, dining area, a partial kitchen, a half bath, and the master bed. The remainder of the home is an alcove with the stove and microwave, a laundry room, full bath, a second bedroom addition, and a single car garage. Please note that the most convenient entry into the home is through the second bedroom. Covington has hard water, please be aware there will be calcium clouding on fixtures. The space The home and grounds are available to guests. The garage is for storage only. Other things to note The property is heated with baseboard heat, and each individual heater is adjustable for comfort. Air conditioning is a window unit and a stand-alone floor unit, one in each bedroom. We are pet friendly to certain breeds, so please be aware that even with a deep cleaning there may still be allergic dander or stray hairs. Please note the entrance is on the side of the home, and because if it’s unique structure there are multiple small steps throughout the property.
