Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Rustic River welcomes you to enjoy our home away from home! Private entry to our lower level suite with parking & outdoor patio space. We offer a 3 BDRM, 1 bath w laundry. Full kitchen. Game Night in our awesome living room space w 65in smart TV, WIFI & office desk. Just steps away from a playground! A few blocks to shopping, restaurants, theater & skatepark! 20 mins to Ski/Board Thunderhill! 40 mins in any direction to the Beach or Ice Fishing! The space The custom wood work in Rustic River was done by us for you! We hope you love our feature wall as much as we do! A clean space is extremely important to us! We love to leave our guests some extras to make your stay so much sweeter and a little more special! We provide bed linens. Shampoo conditioner, bathroom towels ( please do not use our towels for make up removal ) Laundry basket & soap provided for dirty laundry. Kitchen is stocked with a coffee /tea bar! Dishes, wine glasses , Utensils, Toaster , Slow Cooker , pots n pans ,Kettle, Smoothie blender, coffee , sugar, tea towels & dish soap! Fridge w freezer. Stove. If you need the 4th floor bed please let me know well before arrival. We have a small office desk if you need to get some work done. To keep fit we included a yoga mat, Kettle bell and some lighter dumbbells. We have a nice deck space with a patio set for you to enjoy. Guest access Parking is shared you may park 2 vehicles max in back lot otherwise there is lots of free street parking. You will receive a personal door code quickly after you book. Take note of the code. To access the house you type in the door code, press the red icon button, give the lock a couple seconds to slide & unlock. In colder weather you may need to pull the door tight while unlocking. Other things to note This is a 2 unit property, There is a long term renter in unit #1, both private access suites in a quiet area! Parking area is shared. Your unit is #2. Property has back alley access. This is a family neighborhood please be considerate of noise levels in the day ! No outside guests to stay overnight at the property unless approved and fees are paid. If additional sleep space is needed for additional guests we can make a floor bed in the living room. This works well if you have more then 6 guests or more then 3 people needing individual beds! Please tell us ahead of time so we can have this extra bed ready! Quiet Time 10 pm to 8am Our neighbors appreciate this as well.
