Located in Caguas, 25 minutes from San Juan. 4 bedrooms with AC/ 2.5 bathrooms. One outdoor shower. Located in a very quiet community in the middle of the mountains (Sierra de Caguas). Restaurants, beaches, rives, falls, and national forest (El Yunque), and a lot of more than only Puerto Rico can offer you in less than an hour of distance. . Airport about 35 min, Condado Beach about 30 minutes, Palmas del Mar beach about 45 minutes. The space All 4 rooms have AC. First floor has a huge AC that cools the entire first floor. House is located I’m an end street which makes the neighborhood private. Spacious kitchen. Our property has a variety of fruits (star fruit, guava, avocado). The living room space is not designed for sleeping. If the need arises to use this space as a room for sleeping there will be an additional cost of $25.00 per night. Guest access A few minutes of restaurants, malls, Walmart, Sam’s, Costco. A lot of parking inside the property and out street parking. Other things to note House has a water cistern in case of water go off, specially after a hurricane.
