Cozy 56 m2 attic apartment, on the top floor of a small residence in the center of the village of Copponex. Accommodates 2 people + 1 toddler. Ideally located between Annecy (23 km) and Geneva (23 km), you will enjoy their lakes and cultural & city life, but also the charm of the surrounding countryside. Discover the medieval town of Andilly 5 minutes away, the Salève. The ski resorts are 1 hour away (La Clusaz, Gd Bornand, Chamonix). Pets allowed (basket provided :) The space The apartment consists of a dining room located in the veranda that gives your meals an "indoor-outdoor" atmosphere. You can also have breakfast & aperitifs at the bar of the fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge). The washing machine is in a small room adjacent to the kitchen. The living room consists of a three-seater sofa with electric armchair and a Samsung HD TV. In the bedroom equipped with electric blinds and mosquito net, a king size double bed with 160 x 200 cm memory foam mattress (bed linen provided), a large dressing room and a dresser. A folding crib (provided by you) can be added to the room. Bathroom with bathtub, sink, storage unit and electric towel rail; toilet in a separate room. Each room is equipped with an electric radiator. Guest access A free parking space is available in the residence. By car you will be 5 minutes from the highway junction towards Geneva. The airport is 20/30 minutes away depending on traffic. Regular Transalis bus connections between Annecy and Geneva. Other things to note The apartment is on the top floor of a two-story building without elevator access. Ideally located, many visits and leisure activities are within reach.
