Enjoy the kayaks and the pool (seasonal) hot tub open year around. our landscaping is beautiful. please be sure to feed our squirrel friends (peanuts provided) they will come to visit at the door! please note we have 4 houses on the same street, so if your family wants to come you can rent multiple houses. Also note we live on the same street, if your intention is to have unapproved guests or a party, you will be removed from the house. Please note there is a $65 charge per stay for a pet. Other things to note No smoking policy/ If you smoke ANYTHING IN our home, you will automatically be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Our cleaning procedures are very strict, we sanitize everything.
