Hello, we are Scott and Jennifer your hosts. We are proud to say we have the most booked homes in the area. When walking into our homes you will hear soothing classical music. Go to the refrigerator and help yourself to a cold drink. take a dip in the nice warm hot tub, take advantage of the nice warm robes provided for you. Our beds are second to none. Premium mattresses, goose down comforters, goose down pillows. We also have a laundry facility to be sure linens are spot free and sanitized. The space Close to Toledo! Enjoy the kayaks and the pool (seasonal) hot tub open year around. our landscaping is beautiful. please be sure to feed our squirrel friends (peanuts provided) they will come to visit at the door! please note we have 4 houses on the same street, so if your family wants to come you can rent multiple houses. Also note we live on the same street, if your intention is to have unapproved guests or a party, you will be removed from the house. Other things to note No smoking policy/ If you smoke ANYTHING IN our home, you will automatically be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Our cleaning procedures are very strict, we sanitize everything. If a late checkout or early check in is possible. We will accommodate you, We add $25 per hour for early check ins and late checkouts.
