This is a private suite in a home shared with 2 to 3 other guests, also staying in private suites. The space There are three separate suites. Each suite consists of a private bedroom and private bathroom. The master suite has its own separate entrance. All suites have their own key locks for guest's privacy. We allow a maximum of 5 people total in the house. It is quite large and handles this number of guests very comfortably. Garage parking is available during your stay. There are walking trails along the St John's River. To be fair, this is a very small river. : ) There are 3 private suites here. We allow a maximum of 5 people in this large home, but usually there are 3-4 guests. As an FYI, there is a Casita on the property with a separate entrance, separate patio and separate address. All bedroom doors have locks on them. All other areas inside and outside are shared. During your stay I enjoy hosting. Other things to note * If you are booking on airbnb or on our website, you will be charged approximately one months' rent at a time. * We require and provide cleanings every 30 days for a fee. * You must obtain approval from management for any guests visiting for more than 1 day. * We charge for lost or damaged items. * Please clean up the shared outside living areas after using them. * Park in your assigned parking space at all times. * Thermostat may be adjusted down to 74 in the summer and up to 70 in the winter. Upon booking, guests will be asked to complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement. This is done electronically and takes about 5 minutes to complete
