Located on Oceanic Drive just footsteps from beautiful Warana beach you'll find this immaculate beach house set within lush green private gardens. Walk over to the beach, or to local cafes, stroll along the new coastal path or just relax and cook a T-bone from Micks Meat Barn on the Webber. The space Outdoors: The leafy green gardens provide a private, beautiful background for your stay. There is an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and table and chairs. The entry area is abundant with Dragon Trees and Cactus. Kitchen/Living: The kitchen and living area is a wonderful open area that all flows out onto the hardwood deck and outdoor undercover BBQ area to the south and another hardwood deck area to the north. The kitchen is well equipped and has all appliances etc. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, Espresso coffee pod machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with A/C, en-suite and robes and drawers. Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with A/C, en-suite, study desk and robe. Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed with robe. Office: The office has a day bed that slides out into a double bed. Office: Includes a double bed/daybed, an office desk. Netflix is available on the 65” Samsung smart TV, and wirelss broadband internet is available throughout the house. Linen: We supply all linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc. Consumables: Basic consumable items are provided for your assistance as a starter for your visit including items such as Nespresso Coffee pods, tea bags, toilet paper, toiletries & Dish-washing liquid and capsules. The property comes with a Linen & Amenity Starter Pack. All beds will be made up for your arrival and you will be provided with a starter pack of washing soap, tea towels, sponges, teas & coffees, bath towels, and toiletries. Laundry: The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, a clothesline outside and a clothes drying rack. Internet: Complimentary WIFI internet access for you to use. Parking: The property has ample parking in the drive and carport. Being located on a corner block, this allows plenty of additional street parking if needed. This property does not accept gatherings/parties (including bucks & hens nights), or schoolies/school leavers bookings. Guest access Easy parking in the covered carport, or in the driveway. Also ample on street parking is available. Other things to note Just 7 mins walk to Mick's Meat Barn, The Fruit Shed, Bottle Shop, Banjos Bakery & Cafe, and only 9 mins walk to B-fresh cafe, Fish and Chips, Thai restaurant, and just 2 kms to the Kawana Surf Club (free shuttle bus).
