Inside we offer the maximum in entertainment with a fun gaming room featuring a full-size pool table, darts, and video games. Conveniently located near delicious restaurants, fun nightlife, good shopping, and I-10. This is a non-smoking property. *Pool & Hot Tub is closed from October through March. Both reopen April. The space The entire home is available to you and your registered guests ONLY, this includes the pool and backyard. There are no parties or gatherings of any kind. Guest access Registered Guests will have access to the entire home. This property is for registered guests ONLY. Other things to note •This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, non e-cig property. •There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed indoors or around the property. *IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY ARE SMOKERS, THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! •We have a very strict and enforceable no smoking policy. A minimum charge of $500 and up to $2000 will be enforced if we find evidence of damages caused by smoking outside and inside the property. •We do not book to in town guests or local El Pasoans. You may be asked to upload your current state issued drivers license. •From April through September the pool & hot tub is maintained biweekly, Mondays and Fridays.
