It is well located for Birkdale Village and the beaches of Southport and Formby with an array of local golf courses on our doorstep. It is fully equipped with everything you need. Behind a private entrance there is parking for 3 cars, a private frontage and a large rear garden. There is also a sofa bed in the living room if required. The space We are delighted to welcome you to our rental apartment in Birkdale which is the ground floor of a former large Edwardian house. The apartment is extremely spacious offering two bedrooms, a large living/dining room, two bathrooms and a fully fitted modern kitchen complete with dishwasher. The apartment is completely self contained with its own private entrance from the road and front garden space, private front door, rear patio area and fully enclosed private garden. You will check in via a lock box with a code, but we are local hosts and will be available to assist you with any requirements if you need us. Guest access This apartment is conveniently located. It is situated yards away from a bus stop taking you into Birkdale, Liverpool Southport and Preston. Hillside station is less than a mile away and Birkdale Village, with its vibrant and bustling shops, cafes and bars is a ten minute walk. We are a few minutes drive from the local golf courses including Royal Birkdale and Hillside and the beach and two miles from Southport town Centre. There is private off road parking for three cars. Please note that although the apartment is on one floor, there are 5 steps up to the front door. Please ask if you need any further information.
