The space Our apartment offers plenty of space on 50 m²: The spacious living room with open kitchen invites you to eat, relax, work and also - if occupied with a third person or two children - to sleep on the comfortable double sofa bed (for conversion) In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious closet. The new fitted kitchen is equipped with: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, blender and complete dishes. The apartment is equipped with blankets, pillows and bed linen (also for changing), towels, dish towels, etc. The whole apartment is exclusively at your disposal. In summer, a seating area in the garden can be used. Shared use of the pool is possible by arrangement. It is a NON-SMOKING apartment, i.e. the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, etc. is NOT PERMITTED. Guest access The apartments in the house are reached via a separate staircase. Access is via the tenants' own keys. Other things to note NO SMOKING in the apartment and in the entire house (including hallway) Smoking is allowed in front of the house or in the seating area behind the house. In Berlin, for stays of up to 6 months, an overnight tax "CityTax" of 7.5% is levied on the overnight price (excluding cleaning and other ancillary costs), which must be paid in addition to the rent on site and which we must pay to the tax office.
