Condo comes with smart tv's in each bedroom and living area, full size washer/dryer, high-speed internet, full kitchen setup, and is located next to the community area containing a gym, pool, hot tub & BBQ grills. Whether you're coming for golf, gambling, off roading, or sports, you'll be close to it all. We will not be on-site during your stay. If you have any issues, please contact us directly to assist. Hawk ridge condos are located in a mixed use area that includes golf courses, long term/short term rentals, and residential housing. A park is located to the southwest of the condos. Any uncovered parking stall is first come first served. ATVs can be driven on all streets in Mesquite with the exception of Mesquite Blvd. Street legal side by sides can be driven on all roads.
