The Knotty Pine a Romantic Getaway

Our home is a warm and welcoming cabin located 5 minutes from Kissing Bridge ski resort and a short walk to Sprague Brook Park. The park offers three stocked fishing ponds plus hiking and bike trails. It's a 35-minute drive to Buffalo, a 15-min drive to historic East Aurora, 25 minutes to Highmark stadium, and an hour to Niagara Falls. You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round. The space A-Frame Cabin. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located in a woodsland community. Although it is a heavily wooded area, you still have neighbors on both sides. You have full access to the cabin, except the garage, spare bedroom, and basement, which are all locked private areas. Guest access Guest will have access to fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one master bedroom with queen bed, living room, deck, fireplace, and loft. There are ladder stairs that you do have to climb to get access to the loft. There are large gaps between the stairs where a child can easily fall through. Because of this, it is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Guests DO NOT have access to the spare bedroom and basement. Both doors to those rooms are locked and are labled as a private area. The private basement does have a motion-detected recording device. Please take note that there is a 250lbs maximum weight limit for the ladder. Although there is a community pool, you do not have pool access or playground access. ***No unregistered guests at property unless approved prior, and no more than two guests. Only the two registered guests can stay overnight*** Other things to note This is a beautiful cabin in a wooded neighborhood and is a perfect place to relax and unplug. You are bound to see wildlife during your stay. With that said, please drive cautiously. Also, this area does get hit with a lot of snow during the winter months. I will do my best to keep up with the driveway and deck. However, it is strongly advised to have a vehicle equipped to handle the snow. The driveway is plowed at 4 inches of snow or above. I will also do my best to keep the deck salted and shoveled. However, I am not responsible for slips or falls. There is a surveillance camera in the garage, basement, and on a tree in the center island facing the house. All 3 cameras are on and record when motion is detected. There are two TVs, DVD movies, Netflix and Wifi access. Outside fire pit is not available in winter and spring months. No pets, please don't ask. I hate saying no. I also require a photo of yourself to be uploaded to your airbnb profile page, along with your government issued ID. ***No unregistered guests unless there is a prior approval, and no more than two guests can come to visit. Overnight stays are only allowed by the two registered guests**
