Located in a historical colonial building, this spacious house with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds is perfect for a family or a 3 to 5 people group that are looking for a unbeatable location but also rest, cleanness and privacy. The rooms decorated in a unique and elegant way offer good temperature, natural light, rest and privacy. The location is perfect because in a matter of a few steps you'll have everything you'll need. *Please make sure to indicate the exact number of guests when booking* The space Every space in this house is recently renewed or new. Most of the furniture are proudly fabricated, designed or renewed by us. Most of the art and photography decorating are also made by local artist and the host. The bedrooms have quality brand new mattresses and cotton linens, new and comfortable towels and we take cleaning serious as our main policy. Each room also has balconies with views to downtown, wardrobes to store your clothes and Scandinavian chairs that match really nice with the decoration and also offer a space of comfort. Seals are high so temperature is always good and ventilation is even better. Every space as well filled with life thanks to the variety of plants and cactus that not only decorate but also brin joy to every corner of the house and that are crucial in ou philosophy: love for nature and life. The kitchen is fully equipped, in there you'll find olive oil, coffee, té, water, cooking tools, a fridge and everything needed for cooking a nice meal, but the best is the balcony with a direct view into the fountain and the Portal Sámano. The dinning room is comfortable and big , perfect to have a nice dinner with the whole family. Decoration and art make the space classy. The living room is probably the most cozy space, it has a sound bar and a 40" Smart Tv. A confortable Scandinavian sofa that adapts really nice to the style of the apartment and the furniture made of steel and wood make a really nice match. This space is ideal for relaxing and chilling. Bathroom hast lots of light and a wide mirror, it also has a hair drier and some other props you might gonna use (toothpaste, cosmetic products, etc.) The shower is also big and has really hot water 24 hours. It works by a solar heater and a gas heater. Guest access The guest is allowed to use every area inside its accommodation. Once outside, the patio is a shared area that he could use, nevertheless he is not allowed to access or open any of the other doors around the patio. Other things to note *Parking* We kindly ask you to read carefully the following: We have 3 private parking slots (subject to availability) in which 2 of them, guests have full access all the time and in the third, guests have limited access during only our reception schedule. . However, in the odd case that non of this options are available, we have alternatives for parking your car. The area is the safest area in the city, you can walk with no problem.
