You'll feel zen the minute you walk through the handcrafted timber front doors and into our light and bright dream home. There's plenty of room to relax in the open plan well appointed kitchen/dining/ living space with white raked ceilings and celestial windows offering lashings of blue sky and native foliage. There are two additional living spaces, so room to spread out. The light filled front room has a TV and comfy couch for binge watching your favourite shows. The sun room has lovely arm chairs, a well stocked, wide ranging library for all ages and board games. There is also a dedicated work station in case you need to log into the office. All living spaces are light filled and north facing. The master wing provides privacy, a large walk in robe and new ensuite. It also has its own TV. Three bedrooms enjoy the use of a spacious shared bathroom with bath. Two bedrooms have a queen bed each and the third a super comfy king single. All bedrooms have been put together with ultra comfort in mind with plenty of pillows, paintings and soft lights to have you drifting off to dreamland. The sun dappled front deck looks over trees and a lovely beach side native garden. The perfect place to read a book or watch the world go by with a vino in hand! The back deck straight off the kitchen has a barbecue, plenty of comfy seating, and wisteria clad shade from the sun. The back garden is big, with a thick green lawn, lots of trees and is fully fenced, so safe, secure and private. There is an outdoor setting and umbrella for enjoying meals el fresco! The large laundry has direct access into the double garage where you can safely park your cars and easily unload your gear. Other things to note * A special note regarding pets -We love to welcome furry friends but we do have a list of provisos. Please check with us first before booking with pets -Only small to medium size breeds, we cannot accommodate very large dogs. -Please no pets with shedding issues or barking issues. -Please ensure your pet is groomed and washed before your stay. -We ask that you ensure pets are kept out of the bedrooms. Strictly no pets on the beds. -Please pick up after your pet when they do their business outside. -We charge an additional $100 cleaning fee for pets.
