Cottage La Vita for up to 6 guests's a welcoming home set in a quiet neighborhood of Siena. Perfect base for Siena centre, Chianti wine area, with Castellina in Chianti only 20 minutes on a panoramic drive. Florence and Montepulciano within 1 hour and San Gimignano 30 minutes. The cottage is part of our estate where we also live with our adult children and dogs that we keep in our fenced garden at the rear of the building. We highly value our guests privacy but we are available for any need. The space Cottage La Vita accommodates up to 6 guests. This rental space is located in the large villa on photo. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: Entrance gate into the driveway leading to the two car spaces for our guests. Taverna kitchen is the convivial area with a large wooden dining table, fireplace, comfortable seats and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. From this area you can access one of the two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are not internally connected and located about 30 meters apart. One of our sons live in the apartment close by the rental unit therefore you will be likely to cross path with them. We highly value your privacy and remain at disposal in case of need. Bedroom 1 "La Vita Suite" is a spacious bedroom that is accessed via the taverna area or externally. This extra large suite has a double bed with stunning brick vaulted ceiling and cotto floor. In the landing that connects the bedroom to the taverna kitchen there's a bathroom with shower. This bedroom is part of the old stone building with extra thick walls that confers to the ambiance naturally balanced temperature throughout the year. In the winter you may also request gas heating in this room (at a charge). Bedroom 2 "Castrini Suite" is located by the swimming pool. Entrance into a living room with two single beds joinable into a double bed. Main bedroom with two single beds joinable into a double bed. Bathroom with shower. This bedroom has electric air conditioning/heating. Swimming pool measures: bean shape: 10m x 5m /Depth: 1,40m-1,80 m. Open May to mid October. External hot tub available on request (not available July and August) with a notice to heat it up (extra charge) Guest access Guests have the exclusive use of the swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area by the pool.
