Cozy home in the West End of Beaumont. 5 min away from St. Elizabeth Hospital & 10 min from Baptist Hospital. Perfect for travel nurses. In a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and has easy freeway access. It's a 30 min drive to /Port Arthur & 10 min to Lamar University. The room is fully furnished with a full size bed, includes streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV) use of the washer and dryer, linens, kitchen items & Peloton. The space The room is the largest bedroom in the house and has a lock on the bedroom for privacy. Guest access I will provide a key code for guest entry. Driveway parking is available for one vehicle. This will be available on a first come first serve basis. During your stay This is my main residence so I will be available for anything you need! I do tend to keep to myself but if you want to socialize I am more than happy to. Other things to note I have two small dogs and this is my primary residence. I mainly keep to myself. The rate given is for one guest only. There will be a $10 per night fee added for a second guest.
