Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia. Guest access Panoramic view and solarium on the roof of the building, private to the tenants of the building. Keeping in mind this is a shared we ask to be mindful of the other tenants. The loft is located in the most historic part of town just 50 metres from the sand and rock beach. The surrounding streets are quiet with very limited traffic. Please not that this loft is not wheelchair accessible as the guest will need to use stairs to enter the loft and as well to access the balcony and bedroom.
