Procford Home at Sea Ranch

The Procford Home at Sea Ranch is in a special 10-mile stretch of the Sonoma coast. Our home is on the West side of Hwy 1 with outstanding views of the bluff and coastline. Just steps from the door are beaches, tide pools, a recreational center with tennis courts and 40 miles of hiking trails along the bluff and hillside. You can also take in a game of golf at the highly regarded Sea Ranch Golf Links. At night, you'll see an amazing night of stars. The space Our home is ideal for 2 families or 3 couples. At approximately 2300 sq ft, the home is well furnished and comfortably designed. The well-stocked kitchen is open to a large dining table and family room with amazing, unobstructed views of the bluff and ocean. Down the hall is a large game room with a foosball table and pool table that can be converted to a ping pong table and and access to a large deck. Both master bedrooms have king beds and attached bathrooms. The North master bedroom has access to a deck. The third guest room has a queen bed with a full bath nearby. Up a spiral staircase are two fun bunk rooms, one room is accessible by a short ladder — a kid's paradise. Other amenities include internet service, smart TV, double ovens, 2 West-facing decks, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wall heat and a fireplace with wood provided. We also have a 24 inch Webber Kettle BBQ. You will need to bring your own charcoal. The best cell phone service is with Verizon and AT&T. We do NOT have a land line. Please note: the heaters have no thermostats so when the room is heated, please turn them off. We provide bed linens and towels free of charge. Remember this is our family home and that Sea Ranch is a community of private homes. Please respect ours and the private property of others around you. Guest access Keyless entry with code provided. Guests have full access to all of the Sea Ranch amenities including pools, tennis courts, beaches, club houses, and trails. You will be provided 6 guest passes and 2 hangtags for your vehicles. Passes must be presented for each individual for access to the pools and tennis courts. Your vehicle must have a hangtag to identify you as a guest at all recreational areas. Vehicles parked on the house property does not required identification. Pool Hours: Summer: 7 am - 7 pm, 7 days/wk Winter: 7 am - 6 pm, 7 days/wk NOTE: 7 am - 12:45 pm are reserved for lap swimming by reservation. 1 pm through closing is open swim. Policies are subject to change. Other things to note Aside from the beaches and hiking trails, The Sea Ranch Lodge is a great for breakfast, lunch, a snack or nice dinner out. Get in a game of golf at the highly regarded Sea Ranch Golf Links. If you're into horses, there is a equestrian boarding center across Hwy 1 from our home. Explore nearby Gualala for dining out, shopping and local art. The Gualala River runs along Sea Ranch with picnic areas and kayak rentals in town. Visit the Annapolis Winery or Trinks for a good cup of coffee, desserts and good eats. All of these locations are within 10 miles. For beaches and trails, maps of Sea Ranch are available at our home.
