Find peace in a renovated farmhouse

We have an old, lovingly renovated farmhouse with a large garden and terrace and value good design. The surroundings are ideal for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, golfing and relaxing, but the nearby Linz is also not far away for those interested in culture. In the immediate vicinity there are various excursion destinations: such as Aschach a.d. Donau, castles, nature experiences, Schlögener Schlinge, Linz, Passau etc. and lots of culinary highlights. The space The ground floor has a guest apartment and access to the garden. I use the upper floor for living, as well as the staircase and my terrace. For guests there is a private wine-covered terrace. On the ground floor there is a coffee kitchen with stove, bathroom/toilet and 2 bedrooms for 3-4 people. Guest access On the ground floor there is a guest apartment, on the upper floor is my apartment. There are 2 front doors, but a common staircase. For the guests there is a private terrace (the terrace overgrown with wine, as shown in the pictures) and a private parking space. Other things to note - Many guests ask if they can bring dogs, but we do not allow dogs. No dogs allowed. - We do not accept children and babies as we have had problems time and again. - It is not allowed to bring or host external guests. - Camping & motorhomes are not allowed. - The parking lot is exclusively available to our paying guests. - Our house is very old, there is no central heating, so we only rent in the warm months, as we have a cool concrete floor, it is recommended to bring slippers, a few are also available. - The wood-burning stove is there to heat in cool weather, please consult us beforehand, because of the firewood and an introduction!
