Other things to note The swimming pool and sauna are located in the communal areas of the building and are not operated or provided by FIRSTBERG. They are managed by the building’s owners’ association and may be used by our guests; however, FIRSTBERG cannot guarantee availability and accepts no responsibility for temporary closures due to technical issues or maintenance.
