A fully equipped kitchen contains all modern appliances needed for meal preparation. The space The apartment can hosts up to 4 guests in two bedrooms. In a spacious master bedroom, a good sleep is ensured by a luxuriously comfortable box-spring bed situated in the center of the bedroom. The second bedroom offers two single beds. The apartment has one bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilette. From the balcony, on one side, you have a direct view of Piz Corvatsch (3458m) and Lagalp. From the rooms, you can enjoy a view over the highly luxurious Suvretta House and the slopes of Corviglia. The Modern Apartment Piz Rosatsch grants you free access to the Residence's indoor pool and sauna (Access in Sauna - twice for a stay). Other things to note The laundry room, the swimming pool and sauna are located in the communal areas of the building and are not operated or provided by FIRSTBERG. They are managed by the building’s owners’ association and may be used by our guests; however, FIRSTBERG cannot guarantee availability and accepts no responsibility for temporary closures due to technical issues or maintenance. The laundry room and the Sauna are closed on Sundays.
