ALL ARE WELCOME to this completely private suite (no common indoor spaces) with private entrance for two adults. Suite is separated from the main house by a wall (See picture #2). Free street parking and smoke/ vape/ weed-free (PERMITTED OUTDOORS ONLY), fully private bedroom and bathroom in a wing of our single-family home. The suite is completely private. The space Your smoke/vape-free (PERMITTED OUTDOORS ONLY), private, modern space is comfortably sized, self checkin with a keypad entry, one queen bed, dedicated workspace, fast internet, Smart HD TV, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, and plenty of closet space. We live in the home so you will hear us moving about on the other side of the wall (see photo #2). Please no dogs due to severe allergy. Also, guests are invited to spend time on the front porch or in the backyard and patio. Outside is okay. * 90-night maximum stay * Please do not park in the driveway * Please do not park in front of neighbors' houses * Central air and heat Please communicate with us during your stay if you would like the temperature adjusted. The space does not have a dedicated thermostat and can get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Temperature regulation can be assisted by opening/closing the HVAC vent and/or window. There is a space heater on request, and fan in the closet, also a ceiling fan. Our guests have found these to be very easy and effective to regulate the temperature of the space.
