Located in the northern side of the quant fishing town of Harpswell, it is centrally located for quick access to popular destinations such as Bowdoin College, Portland, and Boothbay Harbor. The space This brand new loft was just built with a modern open concept design, and 600 square feet of well utilized space. The loft space is accessed via a private door to a stairway. The garage space below is utilized by the owners for storage, and a bathroom for the tiny "glamping" house located on the water's edge. The cottage can be rented along with the loft apartment as two units for family and friends traveling together. Inquire for more information. The modern apartment offers high-end appliances, including a Ninja blender for drinks and smoothies, glass top stove, Cuisinart knife block, and non-stick cookware. The luxury bathroom has a radiant heat floor and a custom tiled rain head shower with a granite seat. The king bed is a top-rated Puffy Lux with quality pillows and linens. Guest access A vehicle is needed to get around the neighborhood. The road (Route 123) off of where the loft apartment is located offers a beautiful scenic drive down the peninsula and to the islands side of the fishing town. However, Route 123 is narrow and well-traveled where bicycle and foot traffic is not recommended during peak holiday/travel seasons. Other things to note The deck, kitchen, and dining area offer a distant views of the water. This is not waterfront, nor is water access available. When checking in at the The Treetop Loft will have all that you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. With a fully equipped kitchen including full sized appliances and linen and bedding to make your stay comfortable, you’ll feel right at home! Consumable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent, trash bags, etc. are supplied upon check-in, and usually provides up to a 2 week supply for most guests. If you book for longer than two weeks, please plan to replenish these items for the remainder of your stay. The TV is a 42 inch Roku that does not offer cable. Please bring your passwords for your personal subscriptions/channels if TV watching is important to you.
