Bring your family and enjoy cottage life on the peaceful Severn River! This 4 bedroom year-round home is well appointed and comfortable for up to 10 people (6 adults maximum) and is ideally suited for two families to share with each family having their own floor with two bedrooms, one bathroom and sitting area. Beautiful 8 person Jacuzzi Hot Tub to relax and enjoy! The space The waterfront includes a large dock and beautiful sandy beach with gradual entry which is great for kids and adults! Lots of watercraft is included for your enjoyment including 5 adult kayaks, 1 child kayak, and one stand up paddle board. Adult lifejackets are provided. There is also a 14' aluminum boat with 6HP motor available to rent for an additional cost should you want to explore the river or nearby lakes and do some fishing. We are very close to lock 42 to cruise into Lake Couchiching or about 20 minutes by boat to Sparrow Lake.There is a firepit (we provide lots of firewood) and plenty of outdoor chairs to sit and enjoy the views or make some s'mores by the fire. The cottage features a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and includes a dishwasher and a huge side by side fridge and freezer. Everything you need to prepare scrumptious meals is at your disposal and a propane BBQ is just outside on the large open deck. New for 2026 is a gorgeous floor to ceiling stone fireplace that anchors the room and brings warmth and coziness. The dining room seats 10 people with the table extended and the outdoor patio table can seat 8 or more. Bedrooms are well furnished with closets and storage space and comfortable new mattresses. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and view of the river with patio doors direct to the deck. Bathrooms are clean and modern and both include full functioning shower panel systems. The two lower level bedrooms (renovated in 2021) feature a Queen bed in one room and a single over double bunk bed with a single trundle bed. Linens and bath towels are provided. This is not the place for parties and loud noise - we are in a quiet community of mostly year round homes and families. Cogeco Epico TV is available, as is high speed fibre internet service. Come and gather at the cottage and make some wonderful family memories! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor space including 75 feet of waterfront and a private dock.
