Private Room in a Cozy Clean House w/ Private Bath

A cozy room for you to relax in; an easy convenient commute by major highways. 8 minute Uber ride to Hicksville or Syosset LIRR train station -------- Private bedroom with A/C and private bathroom on the second floor. -------- Please tell me if you have a preferred quiet time. Check-in and check-out times will be as stated, but may be flexible if agreed upon before booking. Please message me first to see if I can accommodate. I will decline guests that do not have reviews or verifications. The space The main front door is a shared entrance. On the 2nd floor, there is a private bedroom and a private bathroom that only you and your fellow guest will use. There will be a mini-fridge for use, if needed. On the 1st floor, where we live, there is a shared microwave that you may use upon request. During your stay The best way to communicate with us is through Airbnb messaging app on your phone. Please use this method to stay in contact and let us know if you need anything at all. Alice and I will be occupying and sleeping on the first floor. We can be as interactive as you need us to be, but we generally keep to ourselves.
