You can take in nature’s beauty and energy of the ocean and shore and “people watch” folks walking the paved boardwalk traversing the primary dune connecting this park with Westhaven State Park, 1.3 miles to the north. The owner’s welcoming décor encourages you to relax and enjoy your days and nights here. The large picture window provides unobstructed views and, on a clear day, includes the distant Olympic Mountains. Lounge and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the beach from your deck. This two bedroom unit provides lots of space for a group or family. The Kitchen overlooks the dining and living area so you can always participate in the conversation. The master bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom with shower/ jetted tub and separate vanity. With the windows open you can let the dramatic sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep. This vacation home is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator and stairs. Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. An elevator is available to the 2nd and 3rd floors for buildings 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13. Other things to note Please note this is a dog friendly condo and only dogs are allowed. You must indicate at booking if you’re bringing a dog. A dog fee + tax will be charged which covers up to 2 dogs max for the whole stay.
