Please note: the laundry in the bedroom closet is shared, but has never once caused an issue. Everyone is communicative and most respectful, as guests are chosen most selectively for everyone's comfort. Quiet and safe neighborhood on a private drive with no through traffic. Street parking is available. Only a couple minutes from the highway and centrally located in KC! Thank you for your respectful stay! Please remember to remove shoes at the door-I keep my place very clean for your comfort. Quiet hours are between 8am and 10pm-please use headphones on your devices after 10pm and turn your ringer to low or vibrate. No parties or smoking, please. Laundry hours are also 8am-10pm. When using the kitchen and utensils, please rinse thoroughly and place in dishwasher immediately after use. Enjoy!!
