One of the largest and most popular supermarkets on the island as well as a gas station is just a 2-minute drive, the city center and beaches is a short 10-minute drive from the Villa. There is also a bus stop just 2 minutes walking distance from the Villa. The space The property is fully airconditioned and has 2 bedrooms with two queen-size beds, a comfortable two-person sofa-bed, a bathroom with hot water, a fully equipped kitchen, a 43-inch smart TV in the living room with a Netlfix subscription and a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge. The property fits a maximum of 6 guests and has access to a cozy patio surrounded by beautiful landscaping Guest access Guests will have full access to Villa Coral Lora and all it has to offer. This includes i.e., high speed internet, use of a washing machine, and barbeque. If desired, cleaning can be requested during the rental period at an additional cost. Villa Coral Lora is a gated property with private parking on the property. Other things to note - The rental price does not include the use of electricity. The Villa has a pre-paid system. Basically, the system works just like a prepaid phone card. You buy "power credit" for a certain amount of money and can then use power for an X-number of days. The number of days depends on your power usage. You can easily top up your “power credit” at most supermarkets and gas stations. - The Villa has two types of voltages: 110V (US) & 220V (European). - The rental price includes water consumption. - The rental price includes cooking gas. - Although you can go to various stores and restaurants within walking distance, it is useful to rent a car during your stay so you can explore the entire island at your own leisure.
