Bonu Bentu Poetto Beach: Casa Lavanti with garden

Lavanti is a studio apartment on the ground floor and with a garden, in Poetto, a 1-minute walk from: the beach and the "Il Lido" beach resort and its shops; supermarket, newsstand; 8 km promenade with a cycle/pedestrian path. The Molentargius Natural Park, the Marina Piccola harbor and the sailing clubs are a 10-minute walk away. In summer, the nightlife takes place right here, with bars, rides and music. If you are looking for tranquility and relaxation, you will find it in the other seasons. The space The accommodation is about 46 square meters and includes: - a sleeping area, with a double bed, - a living area with 1 sofa bed for two people -Smart-TV, dining table and linear kitchen. DIRECTIONS TO REACH THE BONU BENTU SUITES From the airport: go to the train station at the airport, and take the train to Cagliari. Get off at the central station (last stop). When exiting the station, cross the street and go to the bus terminal for Poetto From the central station on Via Roma: In front of the station is the bus terminal with the ticket office. Take the PF or PQ or 5Zeus bus line towards Poetto. Get off at the Via Ischia stop, about 500 meters after the pharmacy and next to the supermarket. Be sure to park only in authorized parking lots, which are 1) in front of the building across the street and 2) in the large square (excluding the side of the house) Resident parking spaces, not to be used, under penalty of a fine, are distinguished by a "P residenti" sign.
