It is a hillside area with great views 6 minutes East of Downtown LA with breathtaking views of downtown skyline, Dodger Stadium, the Hollywood sign & the San Gabriel Mountains. Near the 101, 10, 5, 710 & 60 freeways. Cal State LA & Keck USC Medical Center are within 1 mile. 1930's Spanish Villa - the entire home is for rent & private. Expect to spread out, get comfortable & find our home stocked with everything you will need. This is our primary residence. The listing is for the full house, you are not sharing the home / grounds with anyone. NOTE: We do have outside cats, chickens & a hummingbird colony that require care in the morning & evening. We will hire out the care of the animals & the caretaker will be working outside only. Expect the caretaker to visit 2x per day. Families - you will love the quiet neighborhood, park with gigantic playground & splash pad (5 blocks), library (1 block) away. Available for filming year round even when the cal is blocked - inquire about our commercial rates. Guest access Guests have access to 4 story home, all bedrooms, bathrooms. Home & garden shall be reserved for one reservation at a time - a private experience. We do have many outdoor animals that need daily care. A caretaker will visit 2x per day to feed & check on the animals. Other things to note Must be able to climb 30+ steps, some of which are uneven.
