Border of Dortmund: Villa on the Ahlenberg

A very comfortable and cozy guest area of about 40 square meters with its own terrace and private entrance. You will be staying in a quiet street in Herdecke-Ahlenberg directly on the Dortmund city border - where the football professionals are at home. By bus (about 20 minutes) you can get to the Westfalenhallen or the BVB game without changing trains. The bathroom has a shower and a corner bathtub. Many free parking spaces are available on the parallel street Dortmunder Landstraße about 50 m away! The space The bunk bed in the small room is very suitable for up to 2 children, but adults can also sleep well in it :-) Families with children are welcome. In the living area you will find a "Senseo" coffee maker and a kettle. In the small kitchen, cutlery, crockery and glasses can be used. For 3 nights and more, small things can be cooked. Dog and cat only on request. For pets, I exceptionally charge a cleaning fee of €15, due to not so good experiences. Thanks for your understanding!!! Guest access You have your own ground floor entrance via your own terrace to the modern living area. The bathroom with the corner bathtub and the modern shower is "at worst" shared with our son. We have another bathroom in the house for our own use. The small kitchen that you can use is also a second kitchen, not even our children show up there :-) During your stay After consultation with timely reservation and for an additional charge, a delicious breakfast or dinner can be offered. We like to chat! Breakfast is served in your living area. You can enjoy dinner with us :-) Other things to note Whether Ruhr area or Sauerland, our centrally located guest apartment is the ideal base for exploring these areas. The top ski resort Winterberg is about an hour away by car. The city centers of Dortmund and Bochum can be reached in less than half an hour.
