The cottage is warm and cozy, suitable for living all year round. A sauna house was recently built next to the house. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful, quiet, well-maintained beach. Nearby are several restaurants, walking trails for all tastes and entertainment venues. Hot tub available for extra charge - 70 Eur Wood-burning sauna available for an additional fee - 50 Eur The space The holiday cottage is located just an hour's drive from Riga. The cottage area is fully fenced, you will be able to relax undisturbed. The cottage has a living room with a double sofa, a table with 4 chairs, as well as a kitchen area with a sink, an electric kettle and an electric stove. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: pot, pan, plates, mugs, glasses, bowls, knives, forks, spoons. Salt, sugar, spices, tea, coffee and olive oil are also available. The living room has a TV with Tet+ connection, there is WiFi. The bedroom has a 160x200 cm large, comfortable bed, a shelf and hangers for clothes. The attic has two, 120 cm wide and very comfortable mattresses. The attic sleeping area is very popular with children, but adults can also enjoy a special romance there. The cottage has a separate shower and toilet with a sink. Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests. For heating and special comfort, the house has warm floors. Guest access The house has everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday away from the daily hustle and bustle. You can enjoy nature, a forest with berries and mushrooms, the sea or relax in the cottage and watch a long-awaited movie. TV with Tet+ connection, large movie package, Netflix, Youtube. Guests have access to a hot tub with LED lighting and two different massage modes - hydromassage and aeromassage (extra charge 70 Eur per use, payable on site), as well as a grill, charcoal and everything necessary for cooking meals outside, lounge chairs and a table for enjoying food in the fresh air. There is an opportunity to make a fire and enjoy a special romance or have a picnic for children. Other things to note The cottage is located in the seaside village of Vārza. Neighbors are very quiet and are not on the premises most of the time. The village comes to life during the summer season, when more holidaymakers gather there. In autumn, winter and spring it is very sparsely populated. There are 2 shops in the village area (may be closed during the winter season). There is very good traffic to/from Riga.
