The apartment is located in a private house on the ground floor in a residential neighborhood. There are two entrances to the apartment (in the front and back of house). There is access to the backyard and a small patio. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with kitchen and bathroom amenities. The neighborhood is a historic neighborhood with lovely houses and a large forest park a block away. The access into Manhattan is quick and easy. The owner lives upstairs and is available if needed. The space There are two large bedrooms with a bathroom in between. There is an open plan kitchen which looks into the living/dining room. Linens and kitchen appliances are provided along with bathroom amenities such as shampoos etc. There will be a stock of toilet paper and amenities for the beginning of the stay but they will not be restocked for longer stays unless requested for a fee. The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival and will not be cleaned during the stay unless requested for additional cost. We are happy to provide a vacuum cleaner and swiffer upon request.
