Pearl of Koserow! Vacation home with terrace

Our cozy vacation home in Koserow on the sunny island of Usedom is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea. The sunny terrace with a beach chair invites you to have breakfast, relax, and while away the time. Of course, free Wi-Fi and a free parking space for one car are provided. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach the Baltic Sea, with its fine sandy beach, after about 950 meters. The space This cozy vacation home has one bedroom, a hallway, and a bathroom with shower. The heart of the house is the small kitchen-living room with a cozy living area and direct access to the terrace. The kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and stovetop, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Hand soap, bed linens, and hand towels will, of course, be provided for you. Please bring your own shower and beach towels, or they can be rented for an additional fee. Guest access Free parking is available directly at the vacation home. The spacious terrace offers plenty of space to park bikes conveniently. E-bikes can also be charged there free of charge. Please call 038375 / 21679 no later than when you cross the bridge to the island to coordinate the key handover. Early check-in is possible by arrangement – luggage can be stored before check-in. Of course, the same also applies to check-out. Other things to note The apartment welcomes you with freshly made beds. Hand towels are ready for you. Please bring your own shower, bath, and beach towels, or rent them for an additional fee. An extra bed is only available for children up to a maximum of 12 years of age and must be requested before arrival. The sleeping accommodation is on the sofa bed in the kitchen/living room, which also provides access to the terrace. The garden at the vacation home is a communal garden. We therefore ask for mutual consideration. The same applies to the parking lot – when parking, please make sure to leave enough space for other vehicles.
