Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room. Enjoy cosy nights in with the eco friendly bioethanol fireplace in winter and the outdoor terrace with panoramic views over Dartmoor in summer. Little Gables is ideally located for exploring the moor, the city of Exeter, nearby towns such as Chagford, Moretonhampstead and Ashburton and the stunning beaches of North and South Devon. The owners of the property, Kate and Paul, live in the main house next door (20m away) with their three children and two Labrador dogs and are usually at hand to answer any queries. Guest access Parking is available for one car on the shared driveway, directly outside the property. Please note there is one step at the front entrance and another single step internally down to the bedroom area. Other things to note Little Gables is one of two guest houses with Little Nook positioned next door accommodating two people. Both guest houses are designed to be independent of each other with Little Gables benefitting from its own entrance and private terrace that is not overlooked. 50 inch smart TV, internet channels only (e.g. BBC iPlayer, ITV hub). Please be aware that we are renovating the facade of our house next door. Rest assured there will be no building work undertaken during your stay but a heads up our house is work in progress lookswise. You can’t see our house once you are in Little Gables. Sheep are in the field next door for two weeks of the year but unfortunately we don’t know in advance which two weeks this will be. We are unable to offer charging facilities for electric cars as unfortunately we don’t have the capacity.
