In addition, very sturdy steps that lead directly into the water, this is perfect for going swimming, climbing onto your floatie or getting into kayak. If your boat is longer than 25 feet you will have to moor it. The dock that is located to the left side of the property belongs to the neighbor, kindly do not use. NO pets allowed.
